Monday 8.30 – 9.30    Weekly at Woodend   (Main Room)              

1. No running involved.

2. Max weight used is 3kg.

3. Elements of balance & hand-eye coordination.

4. Session includes – 10 min warm-up, 30 min circuit training, 15 min game activity, 5 min cool down and muscle stretching. 5. Wear loose comfortable clothing, sensible shoes and bring a water bottle
