Shave for a cure 12-3-2016 020 72dpiTutor: Ike van der Hoeven

I have been teaching Meditation for six years at the U3A. I have been doing Meditation for more then 18 years and have been in several groups over the years as a teacher and a student in the groups. I also have a certificate as a Teacher/Master in Reiki & Seichem.

The benefits of Meditation!

To help people learn to relax, unclutter their mind and to achieve a state of peace. Meditation helps to cope with stress, illnesses, depression and the aim is to be able to enjoy life and work through difficult times. The class is small at present so anyone that is interested can come and try it. We have some fun and laugh a bit and you do not need any experience. All you need is an open mind.

What do we do at Meditation!

Normally I do a guided Meditation (with soft music playing in the background) and afterwards we share what we experienced during the Meditation.

Sometimes we play a guided Meditation and this year we can also play a DVD which we can watch, so plenty of variety.

We can also sit in the outside pergola a.s.a the weather cools down a bit and Meditate there.
We can also have a coffee/tea break.

Keep Smiling 🙂 have Fun 😀 and  BE HAPPY! =-O

Love and Peace to you all,

From Ike.
